Interview - Department-SLI (Microfinance)
Our Sustainable Livelihood Initiative (SLI) is a holistic model aimed at empowering women at the Bottom of the Pyramid in the un-banked and under-banked segment of the population. The initiative provides a bouquet of financial and non-financial services which includes vocational training, financial literacy, insurance and access to credit facilities. This approach of offering affordable credit eliminates middle men and money lenders, allowing beneficiaries to spend the loan in some income generating activity. Through SLI, women have availed credit for themselves and utilised for improving their occupations like tailoring, designing artificial jewellery, setting up grocery shops, livestock rearing, handicrafts etc. Financial literacy and credit counselling educates the women on financial acumen and enable them to actively participate in household financial management besides creating awareness on banking habits, classifying their needs, wants and vices, insurance to mitigate uncertainties and using credit only for enterprise activities.

Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Age: 18-25 years
Experience till 30 Year
Salary as per local industry
All candidates must have their own bike and DL,PAN card & Android Mobile
Ready to work in field distance minimum 100 KM from home location
