AREA MANAGER - MICROFINANCE BUSINESS
Location: Odisha
Experience: 6-10 Years
Preferred Sector: NBFC/MF1/Banking/Financial Institutions
Responsibilities:
• This position is responsible to meet client and portfolio related growth targets in
the assigned area (5 to 6 branches)
• He is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of new products and
services in his area
• Help Divisional Manager in identifying potential areas for business expansion
• Monitoring and review effective functioning and administration of all assigned
branches on a monthly basis
• Monitor and meet audit compliance requirements across all branches
• Area Manager has to monitor/review the status of Regular Collections, Overdue
Collection, Sourcing & achievement of business Target
• Assess, manage & control risk on branch portfolio
• The area Manager needs to ensure the correctness of DCR/BDR/CIH/EOD status
• Conduct and complete performance reviews for all branch managers on a
frequent basis
• Participate in recruitment drive and implementation of training for subordinates
Responsible for a team of 5 to 6 Branch Managers & 40 to 45 field staff.
