Make Calls to Clients. Collections officers attempt to locate and contact clients, primarily over the phone, in order to talk with them about their debts.
Negotiate Payment Schedules.
Advice Customers.
Maintain Customer Files.
Prepare Statements.
Write Letters.
Answer Phones.
