Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements to be eligible for the loan:
Should fulfil KYC documents requirements
Age should be between 18 to 60 years
Should not have an adverse credit record
Should meet the acceptable credit norms as per RBI andMuthoot Microfin
Should be part of a group of customers who are willing to guarantee each other for the repayment of loan

Oversee branch managers' efforts to increase employee productivity and ensure employee safety. Supervise division operations staff, provide training, assign tasks, and monitor performance. Implement and enforce corporate directives and policies within the division.
What does a finance division manager do?
Plans, organizes, maintains, and manages the processes and operations of multiple functional areas within Finance. Manages the activities of assigned areas to include: planning, implementing, administering and evaluating projects and services impacting College operations from a Finance perspective.

Experience Required minimum 1yrs of exp. as Divisional Manager Or 3 years as Area Manager in MFI/Banking/NBFC.
The profile is responsible for managing and maintaining entire portfolio of 10 to 12 branches. Should achive business target monthly.
Salary: Negotiable(15% hike on last salary). No bar for the deserving candidate.
Qualification - Graduation and above.
Note - Immediate joiners will be prefered.
