Collection Manager :
Collections Manager Responsibilities:
Overseeing staff members and ensuring the accurate and timely invoicing of customers. Setting payment collection goals and targets for the department. Creating and implementing a strategy to improve the collection of outstanding credit.
What is the role of collection manager?
Collection managers oversee the financial collection department of a company and are responsible for the correct invoicing of clients and the timely receiving of payment.
What is a collections job description?
Collections specialists are responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from the individuals or businesses responsible for the debt. Locating debtors and contacting them via phone or mail to address their overdue payments and determine the reason for the outstanding debt.
Experience of secured and unsecured collections. Preferred.
Should possess knowledge of bucket flow management 0-90 and also 90+ NPA Management
Should have experience in handing team size of minimum 50 Nos

Should have adequate knowledge on NPA accounts resolution.
Should have adequate knowledge on legal mode recovery .
Willingness to travel minimum days across region .
Should have good communication and negotiation skills.
Candidate to be based out of Delhi
Minimum 10 -15 years experience on Banking and NBFC portfolio.
Age should be below 40 yrs.
