Job Description :
• Adherence to credit compliance
• Underwriting the credit process including the consistent application of credit policy, periodic credit reviews of existing customers and assessing credit worthiness of potential customers
• Achievements of branch business in their territory
• Ensure that FI and approvals are done as per the TAT matrix of the organization
• Conducting product and customer match as per credit policy requirements
• Proper team management of credit managers
• Regular visits to branches allotted & monitoring their performance along with branch productivity and keeping track of portfolio quality in their assigned territory
• Providing training & updating skill & knowledge of credit officers of assigned territory
